Company departments

Engineering design :

The engineering design department, by using CAD software such as CATIA and Solidwork and using the latest standards and technical resources, has been responsible for designing the required molds, machining fixtures, and simple and complex tools for the production process. Using CAM software such as Powermill and Catia prepares advanced CNC machine programs. Also, with the help of simulation software such as Procast, this department performs the analysis of the injection operation and examines the critical points and possible defects and takes action to fix them

Forming :

The effort and skill of the personnel of the molding unit, along with the use of new molding methods and advanced NC and CNC machines, such as three-axis CNC DMG made in Germany, has been able to provide all kinds of molds, fixtures and tools required for different parts and completely solve the company's needs in this field

casting :

In the pressure casting department, different alloys are prepared to obtain various brass alloys according to the customer's needs, and the melt is kept ready for injection in induction furnaces. Then, the injection process is carried out by two FRECH diecast machines, and all parameters are controlled under the supervision of the engineers of this department After shot blasting and polishing, the cast raw parts are ready for machining.Pressure casting has significant advantages over other casting methods High production speed along with good quality parts Lower cost for mass-produced parts The possibility of producing parts with low thickness Producing parts with high dimensional accuracy and reducing machining steps Production uniformity and repeatability compared to other casting methods

Machining :

The machining department uses precise fixtures, advanced machines, and suitable tools to machine the cast raw parts in such a way that this operation could be done in the minimum number of stations.NC and CNC milling and turning machines, as well as special machines, along with the skills of the personnel of this department, provide the required accuracy and quality.

quality control :

All production steps are controlled by the quality control department, using laboratory equipment, special tools, and tools for dimensional control, and the parts are approved by this department after performing various tests, such as leakage tests, and then are ready to be packed and delivered

Laboratory :

The laboratory unit of this complex has a quantum meter and X-ray control parts. In the material quantometer control station, the analysis of the chemical composition of the raw materials, melts, and produced parts is regularly controlled during production by the Spectro quantometer with high accuracy, and correction orders are sent to the casting department. The laboratory unit has a quantometer and X-ray control parts. Currently, this company produces at least 1000 tons of different products per year, and with experienced and expert personnel and advanced machines, it is a reliable partner to supply the parts needed by its customers. In the end, in order to comply with environmental standards and reduce the pollutants that are created during production, our company is equipped with the air suction system of the die-cast department, and all the pollutants are separated after passing through special filters
Features and benefits of Die casting:
1.Economical manufacturing:
Brass alloys can be processed using the die-casting process. The advantages typical of the process, such as the high output volume with precise repeatability, are used.
Compared to other manufacturing processes, there is an enormous cost advantage here.
2.Chemical resistance
Brass alloys are characterized by good corrosion resistance. They can therefore be used in harsh environments without further surface treatment.Because brass is resistant to moist air and water. Special brass is even resistant to salty air and sea water!
3.Mechanic solidity
Only limited strength values can be achieved with conventional die-casting alloys. For applications that go beyond this, brass alloys come into play, with strength values of 350 – 500 N/mm² where aluminum and zinc alloys have already had to give up.A decisive advantage for a demanding and stressed construction!
